RAM Tubulars is an independent company based in Aberdeen working alongside the Oil and Gas Industries to recycle and develop new uses for used and surplus tubulars.

 

The tubular business has grown to such an extent that RAM has established a facility in Sheffield as a storage and distribution centre for the supply of used and new tubes to the construction and engineering industries based throughout Britain and Ireland.

 

This facility is run by Neil Paterson who has a wealth of experience in the Piling Industries for casing tubes.

RAM has established at Birchwood a recycling facility not only for tubes but for all aspects of recycling oil related scrap equipment from North sea platforms and Rigs.

 

This facility which is fully licenced by SEPA can handle all aspects of ferrous and nickel alloy material along with the casings and drillpipes.

 

RAM has also established an on-line tracking system favoured by many of the leading Oil and Gas companies for a complete audit trail of their disposals to comply with the complex regulations of duty of care and environmental responsibilities.
